Engraved monogram on one of the sides. The design is crisply detailed and the spring works well. In very well preserved condition, with only a small ding on the reverse side — which could be part of the manufacturing. The gold purity has been tested between 14k and 18k. The fleur de lis may indicate French origin.

    Victorian 14K – 18k yellow gold (tested) lorgnette, with folding glasses. The ornate, repoussé design features a scrolling pattern leading to a double-sided fleur de lis. Engraved monogram on one of the sides. The design is crisply detailed and the spring works well. Weight: 30 grams. In very well preserved condition, with only a small ding on the reverse side — which could be part of the manufacturing. The gold purity has been tested between 14k and 18k. The fleur de lis may indicate French origin.
