This is a an extremely rare and antique recording dynamometer made by Schaffer Budenberg.
For railroad use. Impressive measuring apparatus with clockwork movement to record variations of forces. Very heavy. Made in Manchester, United Kingdom, during beginning of XX century. Complete, working and oiled (it has even original padlock to close cover and original key to wind it up). No broken or missing parts. With wooden case.
