    Color drawing of the aircraft printed on cachet #1401 by Alvin Eckert, USCS #9964.
    The cover is franked with 6 cent USAF stamp # C-49 plus a 55 cent flag stamp.

    B-52 is a long-lived, eight engine, strategic bomber, with very long range, at high altitude aircraft, that was introduced in 1955.
