For immediate shipping use PayPal or Credit Card. If purchase is paid with check, the item will not ship until check clears. We DO NOT ship COD.

RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with a product from Xpert Packaging you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. You will be responsible for shipping cost plus a 20% restock administration fee.
Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a Xpert Packaging return authorization number. If you need to make a return please contact us for a return authorization number prior to any return.
Please note our product(s) are tested & visually checked unless stated; serial numbers are logged and the product(s) are security tagged, returns will be void if security markings or barcode stickers are removed or tampered with.
CONDITION
Our products are clean, tested and ready to go to work. Many are pulled from store room stock and may not have original packaging or packaging may look a little rough due to age and handling. Items that lack packaging may have cosmetic scratches from handling and storage.  Some items are pulled from working environments.
Item in picture is the one you’ll get, please view pictures to judge condition before you buy. Any wear and tear you may see does not affect the operation of unit.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Buyer pays all Shipping & Handling charges from Ontario, CA 91761 or specified shipping stated in auction listing.  Most items will be shipped USPS Ground unless specific shipping is request prior to purchase.  Please include complete delivery address with payment. Seller will make shipping arrangements and ship within 1-3 days of cleared funds.
LOCAL PICKUP
Please make appointment for pickup. We will load it free of charge, unless otherwise stated in listing. If your purchase requires a pallet, banding or any other form of packaging, a packaging fee may apply.
SMALLER ITEMS
Under 70 pounds and physically small enough items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-3 days of cleared funds for the 48 lower states.  Please include complete ship to physical address with payment. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & International addresses please email Seller prior to purchase for exact shipping & handling cost.
LARGE ITEMS
Over 70 pounds or physically too large are shipped out of Ontario, CA 91361 by Truck Freight. Contact us for rate quotes. Must ship to a commercial address with forklift. You are welcome to use your own carrier as well.
Freight shipping is tailgate delivery. Common Carriers charge extra to unload, move items inside your building, and delivery to all residential addresses. This means you must have the equipment and the ability to unload from the end of the truck and put your purchase where you want it. To avoid residential delivery charges, please provide a business address in a commercial neighborhood.
If you request additional delivery services from the Common Carrier, after we ship, the Common Carrier will bill you directly for the services you request.
