Here's a fairly large Harvey & Peak tangent galvanometer made in London ca. 1885-1890. The apparatus is complete, and it appears to original throughout
Tarnish on the brass parts, but no damage to the needle or the glass lens. The wood frame is in good condition, with a decent original finish, and both of the original coils are still intact. Printed dial is in good original condition, with no stains or browning. Compass needle swings freely and is not bent or otherwise damaged. Lens is loose, not glued into frame
Will be partially dis-assembled for safe shipping.
The instrument measure approximately 13" wide x 14" high.
Shipping weight, properly packed and padded, will be approximately 10 lb.
