    Professional Nd:YAG laser rod, 6mm dia. x 115 mm length, flat - flat ends, both ends wedged cca. 2 degrees from normal to rod axis to avoid reflections, and antireflective (AR) coated. Originally bought as new from Ebay to replace a chipped rod in an industrial machine, but the diameter didn't fit. Not used, but I have no previous history of the rod. Rod manufactured by Laser Materials Corp. in USA. High neodymium (Nd

    ) ions doping, 1.1 %, make it to be recommended as high energy free-running oscillator for drilling or welding machines. Best pumping configuration: ceramic oval, single flash lamp, having appropriate size of light discharge: 5 mm - 7 mm diameter
