This auction is for a rare New Jersey NPDF SAFE COP Sample License Plate...the National Police Defense Foundation Member license plate. New Jersey no longer makes sample plates and this one is very rare as a sample or as a regular issue.
See the picture and click on it to enlarge to see the plate clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid as everyone's opinion varies! In my opinion it is in mint condition. It is over three years old and does not violate ebay's rules. It is a sample plate.
Buyer to add .25 lined Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard for protection and very well secured inside the envelope. It
will include insurance. I always combine shipping whenever possible.
