Pair of 1936 Vintage NEW JERSEY LICENSE PLATE Tag Excellent condition. Condition is "pre owned". Stored in plastic. Shipped with USPS. I have shown these license plates to 2 experienced men, 75 and 80 years old and they said these plates are original, not restored. One old man bought my NJ 000 plates and I showed him these and he said they were original and not repainted.
I see no evidence of previous wear, rust, bends or painting over rough metal surfaces. These plates are immaculate. No bends, no wear near holes where you screw them. I obtained large collection from a estate of a car collector. I have more sets which I will list.
There is some glare on the photo from the sunlight.
