Pressure Basket Filter Housing Components

Description

Stainless baskets measure 20.5” OD, have a 17.5”diameter active filtration area, perforated SS heavy duty bottom, and a clamp ring that locks down on threaded studs to hold a filter paper or cloth in place. Works with 18” diameter filter papers. Both baskets are 6” tall.
The stainless steel pressure housings are designed to go around the baskets. They are a little over 6” tall and have a 21.75” ID. They have flanged bottoms and tops that are designed to be bolted together. There is a stainless lip with seal groove that the baskets rest on inside the housings. Gaskets are included that can be bolted between the housing sections. The sections and baskets can be vertically stacked.
Missing/needed would be a bottom collection cone or base that directs the filtrate from the edges of the basket or housing into a center common drain.
Good for cheese making, hemp filtration, botanical extraction, coffee extraction, dewaxing filtration, winterization, or other food grade style processes.
