It is original and complete. It is empty. Came from older fire department.
Marked: The Accurate Fire Extinguisher made by The Tea Tray Co. of Newark NJ.
It is in "as found" condition. Minor wear. It has not been cleaned or polished. Not sure if remaining red paint was original or painted on years ago by fire department.
Mancave item, makes a great lamp, great display item!
